Life Coaching Contract Subscriptions

Access:

1. To access the Coaching monthly subscriptions, you must:

(a) be aged 18 years (or the age of majority in your territory of residence if more than 18 years old) or above;

(b) have internet access; and

(c) provide us with a current, valid Payment Method acceptable to us (as confirmed during the online sign-up process).

2. Your subscription is personal, non-transferable and valid for the length contracted, specified in each subscription option. This is: 

  • 4-month validity for the 3-month subscription, 

  • 8-month validity for the 6-month subscription,

  • 16-month validity for the 6-month subscription.

Payment:

3. For monthly subscriptions, your Subscription will be charged automatically every month, from the date of the subscription and at the beginning of each period, according to the plan you have selected and for the length stated in them (3, 6 and 12 months, respectively). For example, if you start your subscription on the 9th March 2023, you will be charged immediately a month in full, and the following monthly payment will fall on the 9th April 2023, and so on.

Subscription Fees

4. By purchasing a Subscription and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorise us to charge you the relevant fee at the then current rate ("Subscription Fee") to your Payment Method.

5. The Subscription Fee will be charged at the start of the paying portion of your subscription, following any free period of access, and at the beginning of each subscription period thereafter.

6. Unless required by law, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, following any cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Subscription Service until your current billing or subscription period ends.

7. All charges shall be in the currency specified at the time you signed up for your subscription.

8. If a payment is not successfully settled and you do not edit your Payment Method information, we may retry the payment method and/or suspend your access to the Subscription Service until we have obtained a valid payment method. When you update your Payment Method in your Account, you authorise us to charge the updated Payment Method for any uncollected amounts and your ongoing Subscription Fee. This may result in a change to your payment dates or subscription period.

9. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Cancellation and cooling-off period

10. You are allowed to cancel your subscription at any time. Since the coaching subscriptions are a fixed-term contract for the specified length (3, 6 and 12 months, respectively) and provide a discount benefit to those who purchase it, an early contract termination will incur an AU$ 150.00 fee.

11. By NSW Law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the purchase date if you change your mind. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund of the subscription payments made so far. However, if a session or more has already taken place during this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the session/s, which is AU$119.00 per session.

Sessions and bookings

12. You are entitled to 1 weekly online coaching session for the total specified in each subscription option:

  • 3 months: 13 sessions total

  • 6 months: 26 sessions total

  • 12 months: 52 sessions total.

13. If you have booked a session and do not attend or need to amend the booking with less than 24 hours' notice, an entire session will be deducted from your session balance as if this had occurred. 

14. Being late to the session for more than 10 minutes to the agreed original time will be considered a no-show, and one session will be deducted from your number of sessions balance.

15. There will be cases in which you cannot commit to attending a session in a certain week/s, due to vacations or illness, for example, or other force majeur cases. In these cases, as long as it is notified sufficiently in advance and the sessions fall within the validity period described in (2.), you will be allowed to recover the following number of sessions according to each subscription option:

- 3 months: up to 2 sessions

- 6 months: up to 4 sessions

- 12 months: up to 8 sessions.
