Step onto the balcony: a new perspective to transform how you heal, live and manifest
When your body feels something your mind can’t explain
Have you ever felt something stir deeply inside without knowing why? It’s not just one emotion — it’s a tangled knot of anger, sadness, helplessness, and even a deep desire for justice. Sometimes it’s triggered by something in the news, a comment someone makes, or a random wave of emotion that shows up uninvited. And even if it seems like it’s happening now, it often comes from much further back. Sometimes it's your own pain. Other times, it’s something inherited. And often, it’s something many of us carry together, even in silence.
One of the wounds that surfaces the most in chaotic times is the wound of injustice — that feeling that something isn’t fair, that power is being abused, that a story is repeating itself with no closure. And when it gets triggered, we don’t always react from the present. A memory lights up. And without realising it, we start reacting from somewhere much older than we think.
What it means to "step onto the balcony"
There’s a tool I often share when things feel heavy: stepping onto the balcony. It’s not about avoiding reality or pretending nothing’s happening. It’s a way to gain perspective — to step out of reactive mode and see the bigger picture with more clarity. When you’re on the ground floor, you only see a fraction of the scene. From the balcony, you can see the whole play. You notice the movements, the tensions, the patterns. You see everyone acting from their own wounds.
Seeing from the balcony means looking with more awareness, more calm, and more heart. It doesn’t mean everything becomes easy or fair — but it does mean we stop living on autopilot.

Inherited wounds that show up in daily life
The wound of injustice has many faces. Sometimes it shows up as anger, sometimes as deep sadness, and sometimes as a craving for someone to finally make things right. And not all of it is ours. Much of it lives in our bodies, our cells, our family stories.
In Biodecoding sessions, this comes up often: people who feel life is punishing them, that nothing ever feels fair, that they always give but never receive. And behind that, we often find stories of loss, betrayal, or exclusion in their ancestral line. Ancestors who lost everything, women who were silenced, families torn apart by unspoken truths. When those stories go unresolved, they’re passed on. And out of unconscious love and loyalty, we end up repeating the same energy — in new contexts like relationships, work, community or money.
Using the mirror as a tool for awareness
It’s also something we see through transgenerational work. Not all emotions are born in the now. The reactions that shake us the most often have very old roots. An unresolved wound from someone before us can still be pulsing through us today. That’s why healing isn’t about blaming — it’s about looking, gently and honestly.
The mirror laws help so much here: when something triggers you deeply, ask yourself:
What part of you feels touched?
What part of you is being rejected?
Or, what might need to be integrated?
Sometimes the mirror shows us what we are. Other times, it reveals what we fear or judge. Stepping onto the balcony is also about looking into that mirror without fighting — and with a desire to understand.
Beyond polarisation
This isn’t about justifying harm or pretending pain doesn’t exist. It’s about stepping out of the fixed roles — always the victim, always the blamer. Because when we live polarised, we stop seeing. And when we stop seeing, we stop healing.
From the balcony, everything opens up a bit more. We might notice that even the people who seem to oppose us are also acting from their own conditioning, pain or inherited beliefs. And maybe we are too.
In close relationships this happens as well: situations that hurt, frustrate or confuse us. We can stay stuck waiting for the other person to change, or we can step onto the balcony and ask:
What’s playing out here?
What part of me is reacting?
What wound is being touched?
What lesson is here for me?
How this connects with money, success and manifestation
And all of this ties directly into our relationship with money, work and manifestation. Many people think they’re not getting results because something external is blocking them — or they assume they’re not doing enough. But often, what’s really running the show is an unseen wound. People who feel that no matter how hard they try, money doesn’t flow. Who constantly feel on edge financially. Or who finally start succeeding — only to self-sabotage or fall back again.
There’s a story there. Often, there are ancestral memories of lack, displacement, or injustice around money. And when that energy is still alive, it creates an invisible loyalty: I can’t have more than they did. I can’t be at peace if they weren’t. I can’t enjoy success if they suffered. So even when we want to grow, part of us is still holding back.
Reclaiming the power to choose from a new place
Seeing this from the balcony gives us freedom. We’re no longer tangled in the old script. We can say: "Yes, this happened… and I choose something different." Not from denial — from awareness.
Manifestation isn’t just about visualising or repeating affirmations. It’s about looking within, seeing what’s really shaping our choices, and opening new paths from a different frequency. When we release the wound, our body breathes differently. The mind softens. Creativity flows again. And money — which is pure energy — starts responding to that inner coherence.
We stop chasing it from urgency. We start attracting it from alignment.

The change begins with how you see
Healing any wound isn’t instant. It’s a process. But when you start looking from the balcony, the path becomes clearer. And that’s already a big shift. You begin responding from a different place. Making new choices. Connecting with yourself and the world with deeper awareness. Not because everything outside has changed — but because your lens has. And that, in the end, changes everything.
